Quantinuum raises ~$600M at $10B pre-money valuation with first NVIDIA venture investment
On 2025-09-04 Honeywell announced that Quantinuum had raised approximately $600 million at a $10 billion pre-money equity valuation, roughly doubling its ~$5 billion valuation from January 2024. The round drew a first-time investment from NVIDIA's venture arm NVentures alongside new investors Quanta Computer and QED Investors and existing shareholders JPMorgan Chase, Mitsui, and majority-owner Honeywell. Quantinuum also became a founding collaborator at the NVIDIA Accelerated Quantum Research Center.
A ~$600M raise at a $10B valuation is a major capital-concentration event sitting above the ~$550M score-7 anchor, and NVIDIA's first direct quantum-hardware investment validates the trapped-ion leader and signals GPU-QPU integration as a strategic axis.
NVIDIA's simultaneous entry into Quantinuum and (days later) PsiQuantum reframes the GPU vendor as a quantum-capital kingmaker, pressuring pure-play competitors on both valuation benchmarks and accelerated-computing partnerships.
