Classiq raises $110M Series C led by Entrée Capital, the largest quantum-software funding round to date
On 2025-05-12 quantum-software developer Classiq announced a $110 million Series C round led by Entrée Capital, bringing total funding to $173 million. Named participants included Norwest, NightDragon, Hamilton Lane, HSBC, Samsung Next, Team8, Wing, Clal, Neva SGR, Phoenix, IN Venture, and QBeat. Classiq described it as the largest funding round to date for a quantum-software company and said proceeds would expand its enterprise quantum-software platform, which counts Rolls-Royce and BMW among customers.
A $110M round sits squarely in the §8 score-6 band for a $50-150M raise in the software/middleware sub-domain and is the largest disclosed quantum-software financing, a meaningful capital-concentration signal for the layer above hardware.
Outsized software-layer capital validates investor belief that a hardware-agnostic quantum-software platform can capture enterprise value independent of any single qubit modality, and broadens the investor base into strategics such as Samsung Next and HSBC.
